Today Southard was dispatched to a overturned motor vehicle accident on Laurel Ave. Upon arrival, Chief Latchney established command and completed a scene survey. The driver of the vehicle was being treated for injuries by Howell First Aid Squad and Howell Police EMS Unit. Units were on scene for about an hour until the wrecker secured the vehicle.
